  Extra bad experience with Asco Tsusho Toyota (SP) Holdings Port Vila Vanuatu. There are several paper work errors, and on looking at the Contract it is 100% nul and void and we are claiming negligence! Have given Asco 5 business days to repossess/impound our 2023 Toyota Hiace being used and operated as a bus business by a local tannese Ni Vanuatuan.We have our Bank's proof of the 10% deposit and 90% balance payment to Asco! We are the legal owners! But internally Asco have somehow transferred all documents into name of another person who never paid a cent for our vehicle! For 4 weeks we have been trying to sort this mess out! We have done nothing wrong and are now warning others of our experience! Some strange business going here so have sent a formal complaint to head office in Brisbane Australia!
