  Sunday morning mass was 7am not 7:30. Mainly in French and some Bislama. Singing was beautiful, as expected in the Pacific Islands

  The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart (Cathedrale du Sacre-Coeur in French) was the place to be at on the hot day we visited Vanuatu's Port Vila. It was interesting that unlike the other two Roman Catholic cathedrals we visited on this trip to the Islands in the South Pacific, namely the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Suva and the Cathédrale Saint Joseph in Noumea, the architectural form of this cathedral in Port Vila is modern.

  Mass is at 8:30am on Sundays in a mix on Bislama, French and English. It's surprising how much you can understand! Beautiful choir singing too.
