  The staffs are very attentive,place is clean toilet is 5 star as well, they treat their costumers with professionalism....recommended place specially with family's and friends...

  Cheap and cheerful. Clean. Be prepared for some stairs. Also if you don’t enjoy a firm mattress, this is not for you

  I'm very sorry that I haven't given a positive review of this hotel. But my experience couldn't leave me with a good impression either. First, I made a reservation for this hotel on the Booking app a long time in advance and booked for two days. We planned to stay here for two nights and check if we could book a flight to Tanna Island through the hotel's services. But after we arrived, the hotel informed us that their rooms were fully booked. We had to change to another hotel for accommodation. This made our already exhausted and late-night arrival experience even worse. I believe, my friend, you wouldn't want to drive a car on a bumpy road carrying luggage back and forth, and the hotel didn't offer any compensation measures. They attributed everything to a technical issue. Anyway, if you want to get a better review, then the technical issue must be resolved and the compensation measures taken after discovering the problem must be implemented. Sincere advice.

  We had an awesome experience for our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly...made us feel like at home away from home... great accommodation and great location... walking distance to everything. The kitchen staff were very accommodating and customised their menu to our demands... really enjoyed the food and entertainment. You have to check out the bar and entertainment...even karaoke is available. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Vanuatu. Give them a go and trust me you won't be disappointed. We had a ball!

  I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vanuatu. The whole time we spent at the hotel it did not even make us feel that we were away from home..the chef cooks really good food as per your request anytime of the day or night, the staffs are so friendly and even did our laundry for us. The owner also takes time out of his busy schedule to check if all guests are comfortable and in need of anything. Best bit is that they have a bar on the second floor with good sounds , lighting and big screen. Very pleasing views of Port Vila also and 5 minutes walk to Port Vila city centre. Thank you very much to the Crown Royale team for hosting us.
