::Marie ans Lois are the kindest and most helpful hosts you will ever come across. They know everything there is to know about Vanuatu and Santo and provide great recommendations and tips. We’ve gotten great advice on what to do and where to go for trips, where to eat but also got some good tips regarding safety and getting around as female travellers. The rooms are in great condition with frequent cleans even during longer stays. As medical students staying at their place, we felt that the location was perfect. A short walk to the hospital in the morning but even closer to town to have everything close by for eating out and shopping. Would absolutely recommend!!

::Thank you Marie and Lois for making my seven days in Santo so enjoyable and memorable! The rooms are very clean and well appointed with stove/fridge, the motel has cosy sheltered communal space for reading/relaxing and the motel is situated in the centre of Luganville. It’s a perfect setup! Moreover, Marie and Lois know everybody in town and can help organise all kinds of trips and activities. All in all 5/5 experience. Can’t wait to come back!

::My wife and I stayed at Le Hibiscus for 6 nights and loved every minute. Marie, the owner was wonderful, helping us plan our day trips and restaurants. Le Hibiscus is well known to visiting NGO workers and Medical Students. The rooms have a refrigerator, stovetop and cooking utensils suitable for cooking just about anything. We are glad we stayed in town rather then at one of the more remote resorts because of the variety of restaurants and stores. Thanks Marie - we won’t forget your hospitality!
