  We can't thank Alexander enough for his help and support leading up to and during the process of purchasing our first ever property in Vanuatu sight unseen. We are in Australia and planning to relocate there as soon as international borders re-open. We have never been to Vanuatu so the honest, open and helpful communication not only about the property but Vanuatu and immigration related topics was incredible. We could not have achieved what we set out to do without Alexander's support which was above and beyond purely real estate. Keep up the great work.

  Great service, bought property, and rented out property with Island Property. Honestly the best agent in Vanuatu.
