  Rooms are dirty and dusty with some blocked shower drainage. Very expensive rooms given their not so good condition and you also have to pay extra for the A/C remote.

  I had one night here and found it pretty good. Although basic. It’s clean, beds comfortable, rooms are a good size and the staff are very friendly. Only 100 metres from a large supermarket. Bus out the front to the centre of Port Vila. Would recommend. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Plenty of room for parking.

  I’ve stayed at the Kaiviti a number of times in the past 10 years. The current management is very good. The room was very clean snd well serviced. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool has been refurbished and large gazzebo/nakamal built with bar and resturant which serves basic good value meals- very convenient. Rates are readonable. It is convenient to transport, NGO’s, hire car, supermarket (Au Bon Marche) and not far from down town and market house. Road noise may be a problem. In dry season room with a fan is fine. Over summer (Dec-Feb) definitely upgrade to air con. Basic room is serviceable and you can save your $$ for tours, resturants and pay a small fee to enjoy other resorts or eat there and swim for free. Kaiviti is secure at night and also up high from Tsunami risk. Use of laundry is also very convenient for long stays.

  Great spot to stay. Close to Port Vila. Large, comfortable rooms. Breakfast by the pool is a fantastic way to start the day.

  This is a delightful place to stay. Excellent facilities, good housekeeping close to the town and 100 metres to a large supermarket. The owners are kind and look after your interests very well indeed. This is my second stay here and I have recommended it to my family and friends.
