  The food they sell there is mainly organic and does mix any kind of chemicals into the food and is very healthy as their ingredients are extracted from the business's plantation at Santo plus from my perspective I think it's a great way to promote local business to produce more local products for Vanuatu.

  Official cookie supplier to Air Vanuatu. All organic ingredients from the islands of Vanuatu. We managed to locate this hidden gem just further up from Ramada and before The Bunker - tucked away, it does exist, run out of a home, and stays true to the island spirit. Great cookies, jams (papaya mango) local nuts (native almond/nangai), and flours. Highly recommend as an edible souvenir, and service with a smile.
