::One of the best option for Hardware store in Port Vila. Close to the airport but worth the driving and traffic. Huge collection of most of the everyday hardware. Good alternative to Wilco and PVH.

::I purchased 3 Tolsen 3-ton floor jacks about 3-months ago spent around 80,000-vt and one them stopped working so i brought it back there today and they told me to leave it and come back later so i did and came back around lunch time and the jack was still were i left it ? and the man i spoke to said it was all fixed ready to go ! and i knew no one touched it !!so i took him and the jack outside to my truck and tried lifting the truck w/the (broken jack) and it still didn't work !!! so i kindly asked him to give me another one and send that one back to your supplier for a credit because its defective !! he then tried to tell me that the warranty is only 30 days !! and all he could do for me is give me a 30%discount if i buy another one !! stay clear from this place (clearly they do not stand behind there products) i have purchased a lot of equipment in my life time and always had a 12/month warranty on jacks !!! some even longer !! BUT NONE HAD 30 DAYS !!!. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS !!! that's how you lose customers !!! i will tell everyone that i know not to shop at your store ,and believe me i know a lot of people here . I hope you learn something here ? you screw the public and you screw your self !!!! you will lose plenty of business !!! because of this.
