::Very disappointing experience with Unwheels Scooter. We rented three quads, but for a day and a half, only 2 were usable. One of them had a serious engine issue — every time we tried to accelerate, it jerked dangerously, making it unsafe to ride. The guy drove the quad to check it out in front of us when we returned it, and we could clearly hear the strange noises and jolts. To top it off, they asked us to refill the tanks when we returned the quads.. “Well, you signed the paper saying the quad was in good condition when you took it, so it’s not our problem.” (The quad started bugging 2 hours later) Unprofessional, careless, and clearly not customer-oriented. We paid full price for a service we didn’t get — and they just didn’t care. Definitely not recommended.

::Good service and team! Hire comes with a $1,500 AUD security deposit though, to just rent a quad bike for one day…

::We hired an economy car for one day. The service was great. We had an issue with the air conditioner and they immediately had a mechanic out looking at it and swapped the car when they confirmed it wasn’t working. The cost is very high and the car quality is very low. Expect a banged up well used basic vehicle. The brakes on our car shuddered when stopping and there were many dents and scratches. We used about 1/4 tank to do the usual Efate lap which cost about $30 AUD.

::We hired a quad bike for 4 days while in Port Vila. The quad was well maintained and faultless, very useful to get around the island and explore by yourself! Highly recommend.

::Fantastic hire place. Great service. We hired 4 quad bikes off the cruise ship to see the island. It was the highlight of the holiday for all of us- we had kids on the back and we toured round and stopped and started when we wanted to. Highly recommend!
