  Not great but so much potential. The 5 bedroom house at Elluk East Studios has several plumbing issues and needs functional furniture. The toilet and shower had a major leak that was unable to be fixed during our stay of almost one month so there was a constant stream of water in the bathroom, hallway and eventually the bedrooms (our older children had to be moved to a studio). The pipes under the kitchen sink were broken so water would leak through the cupboards onto your feet. The second toilet also blocked and overflowed. This was so disappointing because the layout of the house is great and the outdoor area is fantastic. Some investment in this property will make a huge difference. It was not good value for our money on this occasion.
