  Isn't open - ATMs don't work and the branch is shut. Despite this, there's a "security guard" outside offering money exchange which is dodgy

  No service. Security don't know anything. Extremely slow service worst in the country by a long way. No wonder they closed in Santo and going digital only. USELESS! Still waiting after closed

  I called customer service and waiting more than 15 minutes on hold I called more than 15 times finally answered someone

  Withdrew using Australian Commonwealth bank debit card for 36k Vatu. The ANZ bank charged 800 Vatu fee. Yes confirmed $492.34 Aussie dollars was debited from my Cba and charged by Cba $19.77 international atm withdrawal fee. It's nice there was a security guard there at the atm machine.
