I applied for an account last year 2024 in October. They asked for additional documents which I promptly submitted. Believe it or now, for a world record, I am still sitting at the bank right now June 12,2025 , inquiring what is the hold up . My account is still in process.What a test of patience and tolerance.

Every staff member that I've dealt with at the new location has always been very helpful in resolving issues. Kindness is always returned if you treat staff decently. Thank you staff.

The incompetence of the workers in the Internet Banking section is absolutely shocking. I have been trying to resolve an issue with my visa card for almost a month but they still don't even know what the problem is. If you send them an email expect the standard Vanuatu response (Ignore the customer and he'll end up giving up). Don't expect excellent service with this bank, that is a terrible mistake to make.
