Good spot for a day visit! Can snorkel when there is no waves or surf when there is. Come at high tide. Grab a drink and some food and you can enjoy the beach. Some of the staff were alittle rude, and service was slow (pizza came about 30mins before our drinks 😅) But still a nice spot for a relaxing beach day.

Oh what a wonderful place this is to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches and eat and drink well. There is no AC in the rooms but we found it wasn't needed at all, the air flows through nicely. There is also no TV in the room, and the WiFi was only near the restaurant. (They provide you a daily individual code to access which seems silly because it would make more sense to just provide access to all guests at once). Anyhow...all in all a great time and would go back again if I'd visit Vanuatu.

The staff make this place special. They remember your name and room number are all very polite and helpful, I can't thank everyone enough for making our stay memorable. I had a massage, which was wonderful, and left feeling totally relaxed. The breakfast had a great selection of cereal, bread, fresh fruit, and pancakes. The menus for lunch and dinner had a fantastic selection and something for everyone. Pizzas were great, the beef burger was so tasty, and the pasta was amazing. Had a desert a couple of nights, and it was delicious. The resort has no paved paths it is just sand everywhere, so it can make walking slightly difficult if you have any leg/feet issues. We stayed in a beachfront room and loved waking up to the sound of the waves but it can also be noisy in the evenings if u are in close proximity to the restaurant/bar area as there is often music or entertainment happening. The room was cleaned every day, and housekeeping staff were accommodating with any specific requests we had. The bathroom was basic, but all you needed and loved the shower that was open air. The grounds are well maintained with raking every day. Very much enjoyed the Wednesday night dinner and show and also Friday night fire show.

We had a lovely stay at this charming 3-star hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our stay overall was very comfortable. As seasoned travelers to the islands, we understand and appreciate the relaxed pace of “island time.” That said, there were a few occasions where either my husband or I had to follow up more than once for our bill or to check on our drinks 30-45mins later. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to note. The rooms were clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. However, a few improvements could enhance the experience—such as air conditioning and better soundproofing, as we could occasionally hear our neighbors' bathroom routines. All in all, it was an excellent experience for a 3-star property, and we’d happily return. Great value and a beautiful place to unwind.

The location is awesome. Near city centre & airport. Some small surf breaks near Port Vila are perfect for beginners. The best 3 things about this hotel are the staff, special mention to Isabella at reception. 2nd best thing is the Italian chef & the menu. People came from other hotels to eat at Breakas & I can understand why. 3rd would be the free entertainment. We arrived on a Friday, just in time for the amazing fire show & then the following week, we had a cultural buffet dinner & show. Indigenous songs & dance shows were awesome & educational, as we ate a yummy dinner. No wifi at bures, just near reception. No TV's or air conditioning. Which wasn't a problem, due to the high ceilings & cool breezes. It was lovely to go to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The bathrooms are basic & really need updating soon. Other than that, the rooms are serviced daily & there is a small fridge for your milk & usage. Small shop across the road for supplies or catch a bus for 150 V$ each way into town..
