::Excellent stay and great for family with kids. The chef at Lagoon Terrace in the resort went above and beyond to cook fresh food for us on our request so really appreciate that which you seldom see at other resort. Fire show was great on the first night. Wish there were some different choices for breakfast each day as the menu was the same

::What it is a seemingly lovely resort in the photos…… the reality is that it is showing its age, and is close to end of life. Everything is old/broken… this includes furniture, fittings, equipment, hot water, the buffet etc etc. The buffet was OK, but not overly wonderful… the staff are serviceable but all seemed disinterested in being here or serving. Additionally, the costs at the hotel are ludicrous.. for example a can of soft drink is five times what it costs at the supermarket and the food is MEH. Overall, we had a great time in spite of the hotel but if you have a choice.. choose somewhere else.

::Everything is either really old or broken! It took 10mins to get hot water in the shower. You’d be lucky if your room was serviced by the time you got back from a tour in the late afternoon. Tennis courts and equipment was damaged. Kids play area again needs a revamp. Food is super expensive, and barely edible. Not all negatives. staff were absolutely amazing. Really caring towards the kids and helping out where we needed.

::Stayed here for five nights and it was beautiful, amazing views, the pool is incredible- no spa pool though, the swim up bar is cool but is understaffed and long wait times. Free buffet breakfast was good, but the buffet dinners were quite expensive for the small selection, but still pretty good. I went to the spa and had a great time, only issue was I got a body scrub and so that was applied in the massage room and I was then told the spa showers was across the open hallway so I had to walk along an open space in clear view of the lobby in only a towel so I didn’t like that. But overall my stay was amazing, free wifi, breakfast, resort activities, water sports activities- kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, etc. The views was insane, so gorgeous, as well as the rooms the whole resort looks gorgeous. I had a great time

::We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. The lush tropical gardens and stunning lagoon views created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that truly felt like paradise. Our room was beautifully appointed with a serene garden view, and we loved how close everything was—from the sparkling pool to the white-sand beach. The on-site restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food, and the spa was a real highlight—pure bliss! The resort is incredibly family-friendly with an excellent Kids Club, fun water sports, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. It’s also the perfect base to explore Port Vila and beyond. It was our first trip there and the kids loved the place very much. If the sky is clear, anyone can see the galaxy in the sky. It was an unparalleled experience. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or even a destination wedding, Warwick Le Lagon is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!
